Staying with us means that you will be in the center of everything! You will be close to the action, but nestled in private neighborhoods for some peace and quiet. Many of our homes are located within walking distance to many of the city’s most popular bars, restaurants, coffee, galleries, shops and much more!
We have a meticulously curated portfolio of homes – from ultra-modern resort-style homes with heated pools to unique homes that reflect Austin’s creative culture. Our design team has selected bedding from California Design Den and premium towels from Welhome Franklin.
All of our properties are fully furnished with fully outfitted kitchens. Most homes have Smart TVs and Bluetooth speakers. Some homes even feature turntables with local vinyl to spin.
Click on the Book Now button, select your dates and the number of guests and click Search. You can also view the map for the area of Austin you are wanting and click on the homes listed in those areas. You can also use the Location pull-down menu to select more specific areas of town.
100% of the Reservation payment is processed at the time of booking. All payments are processed through Stripe. Upon confirming your reservation, you will receive an email thanking you for booking along with details about your stay.
Full payment is due so that we can block out those dates and turn down inquiries from all other travelers who may want to book the same dates. In cases where guests have to cancel before they arrive, we offer refund options depending on the window of time we have to secure another booking. Reference the cancelation policy below.
You will receive check-in information by email at least 2 days before you arrive. In the check-in information, we will include the address, your unique keypad access code, and other helpful information (including an area guide).
Check-in time is 4 P.M. CST and Check-out is by 11 A.M. CST
Yes, however we do charge a $50 fee for each option.
Yes! Please coordinate this at least 2 days in advance of arrival.
All of our homes are completely stocked including all cookware, linens, and towels. We also provide a starter supply of cleaning products, paper products (TP, PT), and toiletries (hand soap, body wash, shampoo). It is the guest’s responsibility to restock any supplies as needed for their stay.
No. Each property is limited to its specified maximum capacity at any given time. Parties, gatherings, and events are not allowed. If agreed upon in writing in advance of your stay, owners may consider a special occasion (such as a holiday dinner) allowing more than the specified maximum capacity for a set time and date.
Although they are close to downtown, our properties are located in a peaceful, residential neighborhood. We respect our neighbors and expect our guests to as well.
There is a city-wide ordinance that prohibits loud noise after 10:00 p.m. Neighbors have the right to call 311 to report any violations. Please refrain from loud noise after 10:00 p.m.
Guests receive a full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking of all fees collected, only if the check-in date is at least 14 days away.
Cancellations made 60 full days or more before Check-In Date will receive 100% refund. Cancellations made 30 full days before the Check-In Date receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 30 to 14 days of the Check-In date will only receive a refund of the cleaning fee.
NO REFUNDS for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
Eligible refunds will be issued within 24hours. Please note that our processor may take as many as 4-7 days to deposit refunds into your bank account.
Cancelation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent paid, or release you from responsibility for rent still owed.
NOTE: If booking through Airbnb or VRBO, the cancellation policies will be listed on those platforms.
Alterations: To modify or alter your reservation, please reply to your confirmation email with changes and requests. Upon receipt, your guest ambassador will contact you directly to confirm updates.

No. All of our guest homes are non-smoking. If there is evidence of smoking during a guest’s stay there will be an automatic $500 cleaning fee assessed.
We do not allow pets at any of our properties.
Yes, we charge a one-time fee of $50 per booking to cover damages.
If booking through Airbnb or VRBO, we use their default setting for security deposits in addition to the one-time $50 fee.
Yes, we do. We are open to 30 to 60 day stays at all of our properties. Monthly discounts apply.
